How To: Pull Time in Process and Passthrough Rate Reports from your ATS system

This guide outlines the steps to generate Time in Process and Passthrough Rate reports from your ATS integration. This content is intended for admins and recruiters at your organization.

Ashby

1. Sign in to Ashby.
2. Go to the Reports menu.
3. Click Template Library.
4. Scroll down to the Conversion Rates and Hiring Speed sections. Here you can find reports for Passthrough Rates Over Time and Time in Process.

Greenhouse

1. Sign in to the Greenhouse.
2. Go to Reports on the top menu bar.
3. Click Essential Reports on the left bar.
4. Scroll down to the Evaluate Your Team's Performances section. Here you can find reports for Pipeline History and Pass-through Rates, and Time to Hire.

iCIMS

1. Sign in to Jobvite.
2. Click the Menu icon and select Analytics.

5. Click Company Benchmark.
6. Select Year as the Date Breakdown.
7. Click on the ellipsis (⋮) in the right corner to download reports.
