Karat Now process
Start using Karat Now with the following steps:
- Enable Karat Now: During the role creation process, ensure Karat Now is enabled. If it is not, contact your Client Success Manager to activate it.
- Send Candidates to Karat: When Karat receives a candidate, we automatically verify if they have previously completed a Karat Interview for a similar role.
- Interview Recalibration: If the candidate has completed a comparable interview, Karat recalibrates their previous results based on your customized hiring bar, considering the specific skills or competencies required for your role.
- Candidate Permission: If the rescored interview meets your hiring bar, Karat confirms or seeks the candidate’s permission to share their results.
- Review Rescored Results: After verifying the candidate’s permission, Karat sends the rescored interview results to your Karat account or ATS.
- Advance Candidate: After the results are delivered, the pre-qualified candidate bypasses their Karat Interview and advances directly to the next stage of your hiring process.
