Outcome Review Hub Overview
The Outcome Review Hub is centralized tool where hiring teams can provide feedback on candidate interview outcomes. This feedback helps improve assessment configuration and hiring bar alignment.
Accessing the Review Hub
- Log in to the Karat platform.
- Navigate to the Review Hub in the side bar menu.
Note: While all users have access to Outcome Review Hub, user account permissions will dictate which candidates are available to be reviewed.
Submitting an Outcome Review
For each Karat Interview, hiring teams have the opportunity to provide feedback on:
- Whether they agree or disagree with a candidate's interview outcome
- The candidate's performance in specific assessment areas (eg. coding skills and technical knowledge)
Note: Submitting a review will not impact the candidate’s status or interview outcome.
Agreeing with the Interview Outcome
If you agree with Karat's Interview Outcome, perform the following:
- Click "Agree" in the "Your Review" column for the selected candidate.
- Share any additional feedback on why you agree.
- Click Submit Review.

Disagreeing with the Interview Outcome
If you disagree with Karat's Interview Outcome, perform the following:
- Click "Disagree" in the "Your Review" column for the selected candidate.
- Select the outcome that you believe better represents the candidate's performance
- Indicate the interview assessment areas that contributed to your adjustment:
- Choose a specific assessment area
- Rate the candidate's performance in that area relative to your expectations
- Share any additional observations and feedback on the assessed area
- Select another assessment area and repeat the flow [Optional]
- Click Submit Review.

What's the benefit of submitting Outcome Reviews?
Your feedback is critical to helping us fine-tuning the hiring bar and interview configuration. By submitting reviews, you're helping to optimize your hiring funnel and ensure the right candidates are advancing.
How many reviews can be submitted?
Each user may submit 1 review per candidate, for any number of candidates.
Multiple reviews can be associated with a candidate, each submitted by a unique user.
Am I able to replace a review after submitting?
Yes — by submitting a new review for a candidate, your new review replaces your previous submission.
The replaced submission cannot be recovered - please be sure to save any comments you wish to add to a new submission. Reviews cannot be edited, only replaced.
It says there are multiple reviews for this candidate, but I'm only able to see one?
This likely means that you do not have admin permissions in the account. Organization and group admins are allowed to see reviews from the other team members, while other user types will see only the reviews they have submitted.
Will other people be able to see my review?
Organization and group admins are allowed to see reviews from the other team members. Other user types will see only the reviews they have submitted.
Am I able to see other people's reviews of a candidate?
Organization and group admins are allowed to see reviews from the other team members. Other user types will see only the reviews they have submitted.
Am I able still able to leave an Outcome Review on the Interview Results page?
Yes — you can always submit an Outcome Review within the actual Interview Results page. On both the Interview Results page and the Review Hub, you may only submit Outcome Reviews for candidates that you have access to.
Is there a difference between submitting feedback in the Outcome Review Hub versus on the Interview Results page?
No — feedback provided through either channel will be treated the same, and reviews that are submitted via the Interview Results page will appear in the Outcome Review Hub. Regardless of channel, each user will only be able to submit one review per interview.
