This guide explains the actions you can perform on the Analytics Page as a user of your organization. This content is intended for all users on the Karat platform.
The Analytics page gives each organization a view into their plan consumption and candidates' Karat Recommendation distribution across all the interviews they have conducted with Karat. This is also filterable by time range, recruiter name, and role.
Access to settings
Follow these steps to access the Analytics Page:
- Log in to the Karat platform.
- Click Analytics in the left-hand menu.
Interview Usage
The Interview Consumption chart displays the following key metrics:
- Number of interviews conducted
- Number of Late Cancellations
- Number of Redos
- Number of interviews remaining in the Statement of Work (SOW)
Note: for clients on an Enterprise License, this dashboard shows instead a diagram detailing Monthly Usage.

- Interviews are "completed" as soon as the interview is concluded, so there may be a slight delay from when an interview occurs to when its metrics are included.
- The Interview Consumption chart only includes completed interviews. Scheduled but incomplete interviews will not be shown.
- Late cancellations only count towards interview consumption when the candidate (or client) cancels or reschedules within 24 hours before the start of the interview.
Analytics section
The Analytics Section shows a summary of interview recommendations for a selected date range. You can filter for a specific time frame, role, or data from an individual recruiter.
You can also see the volume of interviews used and the average candidate satisfaction rating. Both of these charts will adjust as you change the filters.
- The Analytics data may not always align with the interviews consumed in the summary section. This is because the Analytics section may include interviews from previous SOWs.
- The total interviews consumed (on the left) may not match the total recommendations (on the right) due to:
- Redos.
- Late cancellations.
- Interviews consumed (on the left) appear as soon as they are billed, whereas candidacies (on the right) only appear once Karat provides a recommendation.
- If a candidate has multiple interviews (e.g., redos), the recommendation shown will be from the most recent interview.
Funnel Metrics
The Funnel Metrics page is accessible from the Analytics section. Find the link in the lower-right corner of the page and click it.
- The metrics show an "All Up" view, but is filterable by date range, role, and recruiter.
- The metrics are pulled in via any existing ATS Integration (if set up) or via recruiters and hiring manually updating post-Karat outcomes in the Active Funnel. Keeping candidate data up-to-date is essential to ensure accurate and productive use of this feature.
