This guide explains the actions you can perform in the Interviews page as a user of your organization. This content is intended for recruiters on the Karat platform.
The Interviews Page displays all candidates who have completed their interviews. In some cases, candidates may have completed more than one interview.

Access to Interviews page
Follow these steps to access the Interviews Page:
- Log in to the Karat platform.
- Click Interviews in the left-hand menu.

Search for a candidate: Use the filters on the Interviews Page to search for a specific candidate. You can filter candidates by:
- Name
- Role
- Recruiter
- Recommendation (if applicable)
- Interview state
- Candidacy status
- Optionally, include archived roles in your search.
- Update candidacy status: Update a candidate’s status in the Candidacy status column by clicking the drop-down menu.
- Manage candidate's information: If you click on a candidate's name, you are taken to a Manage candidate's Page. From this page, you can access additional options to update the candidate's information.
- Share interview results: Share interview results with a colleague by clicking the Copy Share Link button:

Shareable links only work for those with a Karat account. To set up a new Karat account you can ask an Admin user within your organization, or contact Karat support team. For more information, see How to: Identify user types at Karat.
